The ValPal Network helps agents generate £305 million in just six months
At The ValPal Network, we’ve always believed in the power of online valuation, but even we had to do a double-take when we saw our latest results.
In just the first half of 2025, homeowners who used ValPal went on to instruct estate agents in more than 95,000 cases. When you do the maths, that adds up to an incredible £305 million in commission for agents across the UK. That’s real income, generated from leads that began with a ValPal valuation.
How did we work it out?
If you take the average house price (that’s £269,000) and a typical fee (say 1.42%) it comes to £3819.80. If you do that 95,000 times you get £366,017,055.80. Knock the Vat off and you find that ValPal leads have helped generate over £305 million since New Year’s Day.
And it’s a milestone worth celebrating, especially given the wider market context. The latest Bank of England data shows new mortgage commitments have risen to their highest level since 2022. So, looking forward, it looks as though this trend is set to continue for the foreseeable future. Buyers are re-engaging, lenders are competing harder and confidence is starting to return.
For agents, that’s great news. It means more opportunities to turn enquiries into instructions and more demand flowing through the market. The fact that ValPal has already helped generate £305 million this year proves just how effective the tool is in making those connections at scale.
