Estate agents use ValPal’s valuation platform on their own websites.
When you submit a valuation request through an estate agent’s website that uses ValPal technology:
- ValPal collects and securely processes the information on behalf of the estate agent
- the estate agent becomes the independent data controller for the enquiry
- ValPal acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement
The estate agent is responsible for how they use your data after receiving the enquiry.
