Introducing The Agent Valuation Reporter

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the ValPal tool and the accuracy of valuations, we’re coming to you, the expert to get your say.

The ValPal algorithm currently uses over 43 million bits of data, with definitive land registry data at its core it also uses data from a number of other revenues including portals, floorplans and surveyors.

Despite all of this wonderful data working to generate the best available valuation, the odd anomaly is unavoidable.

As a way to tackle these anomalies, we’re targeting our 4,000+ nationwide offices for the next best form of data – what the agent thinks its worth. In other words, we’re giving you, the expert, the chance to evaluate the given valuation.

If a lead falls outside of an acceptable range, there will be a button for members to report this, provide a revised valuation and give a reason for the decision. Data will then be fed back into the algorithm and weighted – as this is a trusted opinion rather than definitive information.
